At Ever-Pretty US, we want you to feel beautiful and confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
